I am a self-proclaimed food nerd, lover of all things with almond butter and coffee and a weight training enthusiast. My health journey has taken many years filled with trying all kinds of diets, exercise and supplements- you name it I’ve tried it. In 2013, I finally found what works- mindfulness, clean eating and weight training. People started to notice my changes and ask for my help, that’s when I realized my true love and passion for helping others with their own health and fitness.
