The training is designed to address specific challenges of the caregiving role. Anyone supporting a vulnerable family member or friend is encouraged to participate. Beginning Monday\, April 11\, there will be six weekly sessions that focus on a proven self-care technique to reduce tensions and fatigue\, and increase resilience. Together we?ll strengthen well-being\, control and joy. Groups are confidential\, effective and powerful for anyone who is heroically caring for a loved one at end of life.
