Her journey reflects a deep commitment to growth\, member service\, and operational excellence. Known for her transformative leadership style\, she focuses on developing people\, strengthening teams\, and driving meaningful change across organizations.\n\n\n\nOutside of her professional achievements\, Amanda is a dedicated mother of four and is currently completing her bachelor's degree more than two decades after first starting her academic journey.
