She began a career in HR in order to help organizations create and maintain a happy and healthy work environment where employees can thrive. Reina utilizes occupational health psychology and strengths-based positive psychology to create a trusting work environment\, build effective teams\, increase job satisfaction\, implement work-life solutions\, and optimize workplace performance. \n\n\n\nReina has completed specialized training in conducting workplace investigations\, supporting military veterans in the civilian workforce\, and supporting employees with disabilities. Reina has been managing HR for a nonprofit in education management for five years and also has experience working in HR at Home Life\, Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District\, and Trupp HR\, where she handled employment law compliance for clients in all 50 states. \n\n\n\nOutside of work\, Reina prefers to spend her time with her husband\, horse\, parrot and two cats.
