It highlights digital trends and teaches adults and parents how to: proactively participate in children's internet experience\, how to communicate effectively with children of all ages regarding online safety\, and how to utilize parental controls and additional protection measures to keep kids safe online. Additional topics include screen time\, appropriate ages for social media/video games\, internet addiction\, cyberbullying\, online predators\, and adult content.
