Married to my high school sweetheart for over 28 years\, I'm blessed with two amazing children who have shown me the power of love and patience. With nearly 20 years in the home building industry\, I serve as a Senior Project Manager at Hayden Homes\, where I lead teams to build homes\, foster communities\, and establish long-term relationships. I am committed to upholding high-quality standards\, driving collaboration across teams\, and maintaining a customer-focused approach in every aspect of construction.\n\n\n\nOn our small hobby farm\, my husband and I keep bees and raise animals\, which has taught me invaluable lessons about teamwork\, communication\, and leadership. As a Master Beekeeper student at Oregon State University\, I've gained a deeper appreciation for how strong leadership and clear communication are essential in both nature and professional settings.\n\n\n\nI am passionate about empowering women to embrace their unique strengths and lead with confidence. Through my experiences\, I draw connections between the organization and harmony of a beehive and the leadership skills needed to inspire and guide teams.
