I've been there since January 2020. Before that\, I had 27 years with the Bellevue Police Department in Washington State.  Over my career\, I've served in several capacities like most law-enforcement officers. I am most proud of both my command leadership experience in drug enforcement\, DUI enforcement\, special operations\, SWAT\, Explosives unit\, and my union leadership experience.  I also on the Executive Board for the Oregon Association of Chief of Police.\n\n \n\nMy biggest passion is developing the leaders in any organization.  This passion has resulted in me instructing for several organizations\, colleges and also being a small business owner who helps develop the next leaders.  My company also conducts Workplace Culture Assessments.
