A less discussed but often just as common expectation especially among women includes less bladder control. Many people believe that this is just a natural function of aging\, but it doesn't have to be. What if you could get rid of or decrease the need for leakage protection? Or how about not needing to know where all the bathrooms are when you go into the community? Wouldn't it be nice to regain the control you had before? Believe it or not it is possible. Remember\, none of us were born continent. Come learn about how our system works and what you can do when yours does not work as well as it once did. I am a physical therapist with training in women's health and would love to share with you some information that I have seen help many patients over the years. Registration is appreciated.
