What it says about you!
Did you know that every last gesture—whether it’s a tilt of the head or plain fidgeting—tells a story? Do you play with your hair? Look down when you speak? Lean to one side? What are you telling others with your body language—and what are others are telling you with theirs?

Let’s have some fun as we discuss body language and non-verbal communication, which makes up more than half of all communication!

Guest Speaker: Sherry O'Boyle, LBCC
Sherry O'Boyle is a faculty Corporate Trainer for the Extended Learning/Corporate Training program at Linn-Benton Community College.
She has created and facilitated strategic planning, change management and Lean methods/Kaizen events. Her leadership training includes emotional intelligence, change management, coaching/mentoring, giving/receiving feedback and Lean management. Sherry has an AA from Oregon Institute of Technology, a BS in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Linfield College and an MEd from OSU in Adult Education / Organizational and Human Resources Education. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Green Belt in Lean Leadership. Sherry is a certified facilitator in Emotional Intelligence (TalentSmart), The Collaboration Game (Winsor-Jenkins), MBTI, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). She brings a passion for continuous improvement, creating an engaged workforce and helping people collaborate through change.
