"SERVANT LEADER AS COACH"
Coaching is all about having someone believe in you and encourage you. It’s about clearly understanding the goal and getting valuable feedback about your current state in relationship to the aspirational state. Coaching is all about sight: about seeing things from new perspectives and setting your sights on new horizons.
In this Leadership Edge, we will explore the philosophy, principles, and practices of coaching. This leadership development experience will help you to:
- Develop your coaching philosophy.
- Identify key coaching principles that fit into your philosophy.
- Practice using your approach on a real-life scenario.
- Leave with a coaching framework you can use and continue to develop with yourself and your team.
