Jenny Gilmore-Robinson has served as the Executive Director of ABC House, the child abuse intervention center serving Benton and Linn counties, since March 2012. She received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a law degree from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, La. Prior to law school, Gilmore-Robinson served as the chief country representative for the Philippines-based arm of the CityBridge Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based child advocacy foundation that launches and provides ongoing support to child abuse intervention centers in the Philippines.
During her legal career, Gilmore-Robinson spent three years as a court-appointed children’s attorney at Child Centered Solutions, where her caseload consisted entirely of representing children in high-conflict divorce and custody cases. She then joined the St. Andrew Legal Clinic, a non-profit family law clinic, representing low-income families in Family Court. In addition to her role as Executive Director of ABC House, Gilmore-Robinson is a Board Member of Samaritan Albany General Hospital, and a member of the Oregon Network of Child Abuse Intervention Centers, the Linn County Public Safety Coordinating Council, the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis and Soroptimist International of Corvallis. Gilmore-Robinson resides in Albany with her husband Jake, a merchant mariner and maritime attorney, and their daughter Alice.
