"The Leadership Mindset"
Guest Speaker: Andrea Beem, Keller Williams, Beem Team
---SOLD OUT---
Leadership is not a title. Not a position. Not a job. It's not about being perfect or telling people what to do. (OK well maybe sometimes....like telling your kids to clean their room, brush their teeth, and go to bed!) Leadership is influence, nothing more nothing less. You do not have to be a business owner or manager to be a leader. Join Andrea as she discusses The Leadership Mindset!
Andrea Beem has lived in the Willamette Valley since 1998, however, she did not get her start into real estate until 2008, right at the peak of the market crash. Andrea is a wife and a mother of two young boys, so naturally, real estate seemed like a good fit, but what she did not realize was how much this journey into real estate would change her life forever. Her two boys are older now, 16 and 12 years old, her non-work life revolves around their sports and extracurricular activities, such as wrestling, baseball, basketball, and football. When she does find time for a moment to herself, you can most likely catch her reading a good book.
Andrea is a certified MAPS coach, a member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce since 2011 where she was the winner of the 2015 Small Business of the Year Award. Andrea has served in many capacities on the Willamette Association of Realtors. Including Secretary/Treasurer, State Representative, President-Elect, Interim President, and President, as well as the Associate Leadership Council for 3 years with Keller Williams Realty Mid Willamette and currently sits on the council.
Andrea has served with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Heart of the Valley chapter, and 5 years with the DHS Boxes and Bows Program to help fill wishlist for children in foster care. Andrea has also served on the Hurricane Harvey Relief crew in 2017. She is a Triple Platinum Award Winner and a Top 100 Realtors Award Winner!
