About Eric:
Eric was born and raised in the Willamette Valley to a multigenerational farm family that produced cannery crops, strawberries, livestock, and an azalea nursery. After graduating from Oregon State University Eric worked for the Farm Credit System for fifteen years supporting Oregon farm families and their capital needs. For the past four years Eric has worked for an Ag Investment Firm continuing his career through the firm's lending and investing activities. Today Eric helps lead a group with investments in Tree Fruit, Hops, Grapes, Dairy and nearly two dozen key ag commodities in Washington, Oregon, California, Georgia, North Carolina and more.
Eric and his wife Trisha run a small consulting business in the community helping guide clients that need help with financial preparation, accounting, and working with their lenders. With the help of their three children, they have operated a direct-to-consumer meat and egg business out of their farm helping feed the communities of Salem and Albany while teaching their kids about hard work and customer services.
