Darkness to Light: Stewards of Children child abuse prevention training

*Please note*: this training will be held in-person at the Albany Regional Museum, located in Albany, Oregon. Pre-registration is required to attend. This interactive training provides participants with the 5 Steps to Protecting Children from sexual abuse including simple ways to minimize opportunities for abuse and tools for recognizing the signs, responding to suspicions, and supporting a child who discloses abuse. The training uses video modules and facilitator-led discussions to cultivate a rich learning environment. The training is 2.5 hours long; some professionals can receive 2 CEU’s for attendance.
