Guest Speaker
Molly Hitchen, BBSI
Molly has 10 years of HR and employee relations experience as well as 7 years of direct management experience. She obtained her degree in Communications from Western Oregon University and then worked in the retail industry before moving into healthcare. Now, she works for BBSI as an HR Consultant where she advocates and advises for a diverse group of business owners and leaders on topics related to human capital management. In her free time, Molly is working on earning her MBA from Western Governors University and will graduate this year. She has been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for 8 years and regularly serves as a volunteer teacher for the Department of Corrections in Salem.
