Emerging Leaders is a group created specifically for the young professionals in our business community (and those young at heart) that is focused on professional development and building business connections.

As the owner of The Beem Team it is important to me that we are involved in our community in many different ways. I'm a past certified MAPS Coach, a member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, and I have served in many capacities including President on the Willamette Association of Realtors. I am a passionate individual who values making people's dreams a reality through the power of real estate!
I have lived in the Willamette Valley since 1998, and I know the area well. Frequently, you will find me at the Santiam Christian School events, whether its baseball, wrestling, basketball or football. I love outdoor activities camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and archery, and curling up with a good book when I can sneak away.
