Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This class is for family caregivers and is not designed for professional caregivers. Thursdays from 10am to 12pm September 14 - October 19 Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program designed to help family caregivers manage stress, learn communication skills, and prevent burnout. You will learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend, wherever they live: at home, in a nursing home or across the country. Respite care may be available.
