In this interactive session we will discuss the basis for the strengths-based model of employee development and staff interaction called "Appreciative Inquiry" and how it aligns with many existing areas of your current culture. This will be a great time of focusing on the power of "what's right and what's already working well" and exploring how to develop and replicate it in ourselves and those we serve and those we lead.
Todd Fast is an experienced presenter and facilitator with a focus on appreciative inquiry and employee engagement. He is a certified HR professional and brings a deep awareness of the possibilities of the strength-based model in helping organizations and individuals grow and flourish.
As a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, Todd has delivered trainings in communication and coaching for success, strengths-based performance management and individualized partnership with leaders. He has facilitated retreats, workshops and appreciative leadership trainings within a highly diverse work groups. He brings a high passion for the productivity and business driven outcomes that emerge from a strength-based model.
