Held annually the Walk to End Alzheimer's takes place in over 600 communities nationwide. In fact it is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. To start a Team. Or Join a Team. Or Donate. The Walk to End Alzheimer's in Willamette Valley has a couple of fun features. One being our Purple Pooch Contest. We encourage people to bring their four-legged fried with them all decked out in their finest purple attire. We also provide a free lunch to everyone prior to the walk and you can also enjoy our Flower Ceremony that takes place just before the walk, music and more.
