Lepman Properties has been a family-owned business since 1979. We only manage properties that we own, renovate and develop.
While our corporate office is in downtown Albany, we have residential properties in the Albany, Sweet Home, and Lebanon area.
We strive to maintain clean, high-quality apartments, duplexes and single-family homes that have convenient amenities and frequent upgrades, so that our tenants always feel at home.
