OCWCOG’s Cascades West Business Lending (CWBL) efforts aim to encourage new employment opportunities, and promote a stable and diversified economy our tri-County Region of Benton, Lincoln, and Linn Counties.
CWBL delivers expert commercial loan packaging, closing, servicing, and collection services through various direct and indirect loan programs. Our team provides administrative services, technical assistance, and professional lending services through contractual partnerships to local government and non-profit organizations, who offer economic development oriented commercial loans.
The goal of our CWBL program is to foster economic development by providing access to capital for small business owners, for either start-up or expansion needs. This gives businesses the opportunity and capacity to play an important role in determining their futures. Ultimately, it means the creation of more jobs in communities across our Region.
