I came up in commercial and residential construction first, learning how businesses really operate when the work happens in the field, not behind a desk. From there I moved to New York for years in enterprise IT, supporting large, high-stakes environments where downtime is not an option. Eventually I came home to Oregon, back to construction, doing IT on the side, and kept seeing the same gap: plenty of providers know technology, but almost none understand the trades or how these businesses actually run.
So when I founded Taggerung, I went all in on closing that gap, bringing together the discipline of enterprise-grade IT with the plain-spoken, roll-up-your-sleeves approach of someone who has done the hard work himself.
Today we serve businesses across the Willamette Valley with managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and business phone systems, and we treat every client like a partner, not a ticket number.
