Laughter Yoga, an exercise program for Health and Wellbeing. This type of forced laughter is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga combines laughter with breathing exercises (known as Pranayama). We will end with a guided meditation to relax and prepare you for a calmer day ahead. No yoga mat is needed for this presentation. We encourage you to find a happy place, whether it be the backyard, under a tree, at the park, or in your kitchen, and get ready to be frivolous and enjoy!
